This is probably one of the things Andrew is most excited about.

Cocktail Hour

-Smoked Salmon on Potato Cake with Dill Cream
-Sliced Beef on Baguette with Béarnaise Aioli and Chives
-Hoisin Pork on Wonton with Pickled Carrots

Dinner
-Full Open Bar
-Italian Wedding Soup
-Classic Caesar Salad
-Entree Choices:
    -New York Strip Loin and Chicken: roasted loin of beef sliced and paired with breast of
    chicken stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles and leeks. Served with Madagascar Cognac
    cream sauce and celery root mashed potatoes.
    -Free Range Chicken: served breast of chicken on butternut squash and her polenta.
    Served with roasted plum tomatoes, glazed shallots, fanned yellow squash and
    rosemary infused chicken jus.
    -Crimson Lentils: herb roasted tomato and eggplant ragout, swiss chard, grilled
    portobello mushrooms, glazed carrot flowers and fanned zucchini over crimson lentils.

*We had our tasting a few weeks ago. The food is amazing. No dry "wedding chicken" here.

Cake
-Our cake is 3 tiers with white buttercream and orange fondant decorations to match the invites. My adorable FI lost the drawing from the baker.
